About
Founder of Jackson Organizational Consultants, Dr. Jackson, provides superior consultation and counseling services, as well as expert training and advice. JOC demonstrate measurable, performance-based research, identifying and conducting research that enhances workforce performance and engagement. Through applied human/organizational psychological theory, Dr. Jackson, will apply data collection and analysis methodologies that will result in best practices. He will approach projects and studies by researching and validating occupational competencies, establishing competency models and establishing baselines for future research.
In the field of Human Behavior, Dr. Jackson, applies the principles of positive psychology to individual human development, social and group dynamics, coaching and mentorship, communication and human interaction; from the individual to the community. JOC will assess the impact of dysfunction on human performance as well as develop processes for improvement.
In addition, JOC, applies the principles of social and behavioral epidemiology, needed to understand physical, emotional and environmental health behavior. This include individuals, groups and populations within an organization and its surrounding communities. The resulting analyses, provides a systems approach to solutions that benefit the individual, organization and the community.
